Gentle after-work vinyasa
This class is a calm, flowing yoga style that gently brings you out of your head and into your body. With conscious breathing, gentle movements and mindful transitions, you will leave the day behind you and come back to yourself. Ideal for calming down, letting go and recharging your batteries - perfect for the evening.
Everything is there - you can simply arrive!
You don't need to bring anything for your yoga time-out at Körperwohl - mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are available on site. All you need to do is come in comfortable clothes and give yourself a little time.
Of course, there are also changing facilities - so you can start your practice feeling completely relaxed.
