Demonstrations on Wednesdays in July from 1 - 4 pm. Immerse yourself in the living and working world of the villagers around 1900.
Museum staff members dress in traditional peasant clothing from the year 1900 and demonstrate everyday household and farm chores at the Mueßer Museum Village. The demonstrations take place on select afternoons from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in front of the Büdnerei and Hirtenkaten, directly behind the museum entrance. Each afternoon at the museum focuses on a specific theme and aims to bring to life the traditional way of life right where the former villagers of Mueß once lived and went about their daily routines.
Starting at 11 a.m., interested visitors can join a public museum tour.
Regular museum admission applies. There are no extra costs for the additional activities.
