Four junior big bands, a host of enthusiastic young jazz musicians, and a vibrant big band sound – that's the mix for this afternoon concert. Big Band Port Hamburg brings together talented young musicians aged 10 to 15 for a joint performance. Alongside the "Early Birds," three jazz ensembles from Hamburg schools will present their own unique programs. Let's groove together!
The event showcases the musical breadth of the young, modern big band sound, creating a special space for the expressiveness of the young musicians. The focus is not on competition, but on collaborative creation.
