A Musical Experience Featuring the Hackbrett, Guitar, and Bass

Following last year’s great success, we can once again look forward to a special musical experience: The Dulcitara duo is returning to St. Thomas Church.

On Sunday, September 6, at 4 p.m., Christine Lugmair (hammered dulcimer) and Martin Keuchel (guitar), together with Ulrike Hödel (bass), will present a concert that will once again be all about extraordinary timbres. Last year, the ensemble captivated audiences with the rarely heard combination of dulcimer, guitar, and bass, transporting them into a fascinating world of sound. For many attendees, it was their first experience with the dulcimer’s unique expressive power.

Even though this year’s program has not yet been announced, you can already look forward to a diverse concert. We are very pleased to welcome the Duo Dulcitara back to our venue!
