Interactive exhibition - open format, start anytime

"The Assembly of Things" invites children and adults alike on a journey of discovery with objects of their choice from our collection, accumulated over 40 years of object and puppet theatre. At interactive stations, the potential of the chosen objects can be explored. Their properties are investigated, and a new assembly of objects is created on stage each time.

Abundance raises the question of how to use things sustainably. Ideas emerge about how seemingly useless items can still be used. And it's not just adults who find themselves caught between "wanting" and "limited capacity." Every person begins life anew, acquiring things – making choices – and surrounding themselves with things that mean something.
