Der Räuber Hotzenplotz

Der Räuber Hotzenplotz

Based on the novel by Ottfried Preußler

Kasperl and his friend Seppel set out to catch the notorious robber Hotzenplotz, who stole Grandma's coffee grinder. They swapped their hats to try and fool the robber, but it hardly helps, because robbers aren't so easily caught. And so, he simply turns the tables…

Hotzenplotz sells Kasperl, the boy with the green Seppel hat, to the evil wizard Petrosilius Zwackelmann, where he is condemned to peel potatoes for eternity. Seppel isn't faring much better in the robbers' den. But when Hotzenplotz burns Seppel's Kasperl hat in the oven, no one suspects the trouble he's about to cause. Will the two friends manage to escape their captivity?

For the very first time on deck: "The Robber Hotzenplotz", the man with the seven knives, in a magnificent and imaginative production for young and old!
