The new dance club at K3 | Tanzplan Hamburg has been designed specifically for people with osteoporosis. This tailored dance course blends gentle, targeted movements with the joy of moving your body with confidence. It blends elements of contemporary dance with dance improvisation. Participants will explore movement, space, rhythm and body awareness to develop their own dance style. If you enjoy regular dance training and creating your own choreographies, this is the place for you.

This new offer is a pilot project (12 dates) of the artists Sahra Bazyar-Planke, Teresa Hoffmann, Venetsiana Kalampaliki and Fernanda Ortiz.
