The dance world can be incredibly stressful: constantly changing work, unpredictable conditions and the pressure to keep up financially, creatively and physically. This workshop addresses the mental health challenges associated with chronic stress and burnout in the dance field. The focus is on improving self-awareness and developing practical tools for emotional resilience. The first part will focus on physical exercises to activate and stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a crucial role in stress reduction and emotional regulation.
The second part involves group work on real-life issues and challenges brought forward by the participants.
