More than 45 producers offer regional food and handicrafts from their own production. Many of them have been awarded the regional brand "Biosphere Reserve Schaalsee - For Body and Soul". Their products are of high quality, environmentally friendly and regional. By purchasing ecological and regional products at the Schaalsee biosphere market, visitors contribute to environmental protection and can obtain first-hand information about how the products are made.
