Organic Sausage Making Workshop
with Master Butcher Jörn Vollstedt
Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 11:00 am – approx. 4:00 pm

You will work side by side with Master Butcher Jörn Vollstedt and create various types of sausage from the meat of the organic Angler Sattelschwein
using his tried-and-true family recipes, which you will later be allowed to take home.
Afterward, everyone will sit together and enjoy homemade bratwurst and fresh onion meat.
You can enjoy one or two cold beers or other beverages.

Max. 10 participants
The price of € 145.– includes the complete workshop with materials, drinks, food, and the sausage package to take home
as well as the recipes.
