Organic Sausage Making Workshop
with Master Butcher Jörn Vollstedt
Friday, December 12, 2025 from 16:00 – approx. 21:00

You will work side by side with Master Butcher Jörn Vollstedt and produce various types of sausage from the meat of organic Angler saddle pigs
following his tried and tested family recipes, which you can take home later.
Afterwards, everyone will sit together and enjoy homemade grilled sausage and fresh onion meat.
Accompanied by one or two cold beers or other drinks.

Max. 10 participants
The price of € 145.– includes the complete workshop with materials, drinks, food, and the sausage package to take home
as well as the recipes.
