Fermentation workshop with nutrition experts Felicitas Stephan and Gesa Gerloff from the Slow Food Group Lübeck.
Rediscover the ancient craft of fermentation! Learn about the health benefits of fermented foods and get to know the world of microorganisms. Practically, we want to show you how to make vegetables in brine, kimchi, and much more. Stay tuned.
During the workshop, there will be homemade bread with homemade vegetable spreads and drinks, as well as a local snack with soup, cake, and coffee to finish.
The price of € 82.– includes the complete workshop with materials, apron rental, drinks, food, and three jars of ferments to take home, along with the recipes.
