The Berlin Operetta Ensemble presents the most beautiful operettas by Strauss, Lehár, Kálmán and others in the magnificent atmosphere of the Laeiszhalle. In an extraordinary combination of historical backdrop and top-class soloists from the Komische Oper, Deutsche Oper and Staatsoper Berlin, it offers an entertaining collection of the most beautiful melodies from »Die Fledermaus«, »Countess Mariza«, »Im weißen Rössl« and other treasures from operetta history. With class and authenticity, the soloists shine in their roles and take the audience into a world full of emotion and passion. The performance is rounded off by sensitive piano accompaniment.
