The training is designed for contemporary dancers who would like to experiment with ballet technique as a tool for their artistic practice. The class combines ballet and Gyrotonic/kinesis method to emphasize attention to spinal movements and to body awareness. Focus is placed on awakening the senses, finding ease, range, musicality and quality of movements as well as working on body orientation in relation to our surroundings (space/sounds/people).
Profitraining in August
Before the renovation of Kampnagel begins, professional training will take place at the K3 Studios for what is, for the time being, the last time during the first three weeks of August, from Monday to Wednesday each week. From 12 October, professional training will resume on a weekly basis (Monday to Thursday) at WIESE e.G.
