Workshop Crafting Cheese

Crafting your own cheese. 

Have you always wanted to know how cheese is made from milk?

Monika Henne, the cheesemaker and farmer from Redderhof in Zarpen, will introduce you to this special food craft and together you will make fresh and soft cheese from cow's milk from the Rath farm in Zarpen.

Enjoy regional products from the "Cheese Road Schleswig-Holstein" and selected wines. Of course, you will take the homemade cheese home with you at the end of the course.

Limited number of participants.

Cost contribution: € 98.– per person incl. 19% VAT,
                         an aperitif, shared meal, and drinks such as wine and water, digestif, and espresso
                         throughout the event as well as a loaner apron and the recipes.
