SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Workshop for Social Innovation in the Ludwigslust-Parchim District
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:How do good ideas become a reality on the ground? There are plenty of=0D=0Agood ideas—but when it comes to putting them into practice,=0D=0Athere’s sometimes a lack of the right connections, clear=0D=0Aresponsibilities, or appropriate support. =0D=0A=0D=0AYou’ve probably experienced this in your own work: You have an idea.=0D=0APeople want to make a difference that benefits many. But sometimes the=0D=0Apath to implementation turns out to be longer and more complicated=0D=0Athan expected. A key contact is missing. Funding isn’t available.=0D=0AResponsibilities aren’t clear. Or the right people aren’t sitting=0D=0Aaround the table at the right time. What can we do to make it easier=0D=0Afor good ideas to become a reality at the local level?=0D=0AWe’re examining the challenges—as well as successful=0D=0Aapproaches—in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district and improving the=0D=0Aconditions for good ideas to thrive. That’s also what our first=0D=0A=0D=0Aworkshop on social innovation in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district=0D=0A=0D=0AWhen: Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.=0D=0A=0D=0AWhere: DeveLUP Future Center, Garnisonsstraße 7, 19288 Ludwigslust=0D=0A=0D=0ARegistration: by October 22=0D=0A=0D=0AThe goal of the workshop is to work together to develop approaches=0D=0Athat are as concrete as possible and can be directly tested in the=0D=0Aongoing SINA process.=0D=0A=0D=0AWe’ll look at an example from our region=0D=0AOur starting point is the Goldberg-Mildenitz Future Process. There,=0D=0Acitizens, municipalities, and the administration have tested new ways=0D=0Aof collaborating and, over the course of five years, jointly=0D=0Aimplemented 65 projects—all of which originated from ideas submitted=0D=0Aby local residents.=0D=0A=0D=0AWe can learn a great deal from the experiences of this process to help=0D=0Adevelop a strategy for social innovation in the district and create=0D=0Abetter conditions for good ideas to flourish. In this workshop,=0D=0Awe’ll take a closer look: What motivated people there to take=0D=0Aaction? And which of those approaches could work elsewhere as well?=0D=0A=0D=0AAt discussion tables, the experiences from Goldberg-Mildenitz will be=0D=0Acombined with your own experiences from clubs, initiatives, and=0D=0Aprojects in the district.=0D=0A=0D=0A- 1. Communication: What is needed for effective collaboration in=0D=0Aterms of communication, participation, and the attitudes of those=0D=0Ainvolved? What structures are needed to ensure that knowledge, ideas,=0D=0Aand projects spread throughout the district?=0D=0A=0D=0A- 2. Topics: How does an idea become a shared project? How can topics=0D=0Abe selected and developed collaboratively? Is a shared vision or set=0D=0Aof criteria needed?=0D=0A=0D=0A- 3. Practice: How does an idea get put into action? What support,=0D=0Adecisions, and approaches are needed to make this happen?=0D=0A=0D=0AJoin us and help shape what happens next.=0D=0A=0D=0AWould you like to know more or discuss something briefly beforehand?=0D=0AJust give us a call: Ms. Henke, the contact person at the=0D=0ALudwigslust-Parchim District, at 03871 722-6401 or SINA@kreis-lup.de=0D=0A
