Under the title=0D=0A“Germany, Can’t You See?”—inspired by a warning from Kurt=0D=0ATucholsky—the performance creates an intimate, literary portrait of=0D=0Athe years 1929 through 1933. Roman Knižka lends an unmistakable=0D=0Apresence to texts by authors such as Erich Kästner, Mascha Kaléko,=0D=0Aand Viktor Klemperer.
