SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Stress Kreativ Lösen
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Creative self-care for adultsWith registration =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0ACREATIVELY SOLVING STRESS=0D=0A=0D=0ACREATIVE SELF-CARE FOR ADULTS=0D=0A=0D=0AAn introductory evening for creative self-care and creative=0D=0Atherapeutic coaching.=0D=0A=0D=0AOpen Studio means: The door is open. For adults of all ages and=0D=0Agenders. =0D=0A=0D=0AFor people who are currently feeling stressed or stuck.  =0D=0AFor people who think a lot. =0D=0AFor people who want to give themselves a little more space again.  =0D=0AAnd just as much for those who are simply curious about what happens=0D=0Awhen they approach a personal topic not only with words.=0D=0A=0D=0AYou do not need to be able to paint or draw.  You do not need any=0D=0Acreative experience and do not have to claim to be "a creative=0D=0Aperson." =0D=0A=0D=0AOn this evening, you will get to know creative self-care very=0D=0Apractically. Together, we will implement two simple, guided creatively=0D=0Atherapeutic inspired exercises: one with pen and paper and one with=0D=0Acolor and brush. It's not about producing a beautiful picture,=0D=0Alearning a specific technique, or doing something "right." The focus=0D=0Ais on the process. =0D=0A=0D=0A	* What happens when you stop thinking about a topic for a moment and=0D=0Ainstead start creating with it?=0D=0A	* What thoughts come up?=0D=0A	* What suddenly becomes clearer?=0D=0A	* What feels light, and what feels resistant?=0D=0A	* And what might you discover about what currently occupies or=0D=0Apressures you?=0D=0A=0D=0ACreative work opens a different access than mere conversation.=0D=0AThoughts and feelings do not need to be perfectly formulated first.=0D=0AThey can initially find expression through lines, shapes, colors,=0D=0Awords, or materials and can then be viewed and reflected upon=0D=0Atogether.=0D=0A=0D=0ACREATIVELY SOLVING STRESS Particularly with the topic of stress, this=0D=0Acan be exciting: =0D=0A=0D=0A	* Not just "How can I relax more?" but also =0D=0A	* "What actually puts me under pressure?" =0D=0A	* "What do I need right now?"  or =0D=0A	* "What would need to change for my everyday life to fit me better=0D=0Aagain?"=0D=0A=0D=0AThe exercises of the evening are intentionally kept simple. There is=0D=0Ano evaluation and no comparison. You decide for yourself what you=0D=0Acreate, what you want to share about your work, and what remains=0D=0Aentirely with you. This creates a protected framework in which you do=0D=0Anot have to experience creativity as a performance but rather as an=0D=0Aopportunity to pause, perceive yourself, experiment, and gain a new=0D=0Aperspective on your own experiences.=0D=0A=0D=0AThe evening is also an invitation to rediscover creativity. Many=0D=0Aadults have stopped drawing, painting, writing, or simply letting=0D=0Asomething evolve playfully at some point because something "good"=0D=0Asuddenly had to come out of it. =0D=0A=0D=0AIt's not about being able to create art. It's about being able to use=0D=0Acreativity for yourself. In the end, you take away not only what has=0D=0Aemerged on the paper. Perhaps you will also take away a new thought, a=0D=0Asurprising insight, a bit more clarity, or an idea about what could do=0D=0Ayou good in everyday life.=0D=0A=0D=0AWho is the Open Studio for? For all adults who would like to get to=0D=0Aknow creative self-care casually, regardless of age, gender, or=0D=0Aartistic experience.=0D=0A=0D=0AYou do not need a specific problem or a prepared question. You can=0D=0Acome with a concrete personal or professional topic, with stress and=0D=0Atension in everyday life, or simply with the desire to take two hours=0D=0Aof conscious time for yourself.=0D=0A=0D=0AWHEN: Thursday, October 8, 2026, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.=0D=0A=0D=0AWHERE: Levo Park Bad Segeberg, Jaguarring, 23795 Bad Segeberg =0D=0A=0D=0AMaximum 6 participants=0D=0A=0D=0ACOST: 29 € including all materials and drinks=0D=0A=0D=0AIMPORTANT: THIS IS A COACHING AND SELF-EXPERIENCE OFFERING. THE=0D=0ACREATIVE EXERCISES SERVE SELF-REFLECTION, SELF-CARE, AND PERSONAL=0D=0ADEVELOPMENT. THIS IS NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY, ART THERAPY, OR A HEALING=0D=0ATREATMENT. MENTAL ILLNESSES ARE NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR TREATED.=0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A
