The individual monument has been largely preserved in=0D=0Aits original baroque substance. Unlike many other manor houses, it was=0D=0Anot remodelled during industrialization. The last owner of the estate,=0D=0AAlfred Vermehren, only had the south façade fitted with a=0D=0Arepresentative front wall by the architect Ernst Prinz.=0D=0A
