But not only birds lay eggs. This is=0D=0Avividly illustrated by an absolute rarity from the realm of insects.=0D=0AEggs of other animals and much more can be seen in some showcases.=0D=0AAnother highlight is the fossilized egg of a hadrosaurus, which lived=0D=0Aon our earth 120 million years ago. "Stone eggs" look like eggs, but=0D=0Athey are not. They were formed that way in whirlpools by melting=0D=0Aglacial water during the Ice Age. An extensive collection of these=0D=0Astone eggs will be on display. Not quite biological, but no less=0D=0Ainteresting is a collection of about 200 different egg cups, some of=0D=0Athem historical.=0D=0A
