Christmas spirit at the Schleswig-Holstein Agricultural Museum!

The third weekend of Advent at the Schleswig-Holstein Agricultural Museum will once again be dedicated to beautiful things – individually and lovingly crafted. On December 13th and 14th, from 10 am to 5 pm, visitors can enjoy the 4th annual Christmas market of artisans, complete with a diverse program.
In addition to turned household items, fine bobbin lace, delicate paper jewelry and sustainable bags, nourishing soaps,
Beautiful ceramic decorations, felted figurines, vibrant Tiffany-style art, and cozy woven goods for the gift table can be purchased. Handmade candles, the finest Schleswig-Holstein honey, and exquisite beeswax products round out the diverse selection.
Those who crave something sweet can look forward to roasted almonds and chocolate variations.
In the museum's courtyard, a blacksmith makes sparks fly at the mobile forge and crafts beautiful things for the home and garden.
The event will be musically accompanied by swinging Christmas grooves from the Delvtown Jazzmen.
There is also plenty for the little guests to experience: the steam tractor guarantees driving fun, making its rounds in the museum parking lot and inviting passengers to ride along.
Even Santa Claus makes short stops at the museum: On both days from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm, he rewards recited songs and poems with small gifts.

The Soroptimists are once again saying: reach into the raffle drum for a good cause and with a bit of luck win one of the many prizes.
Anyone still looking for the perfect Christmas tree is sure to find one in the museum's courtyard! Trees can also be delivered to your home free of charge upon request.
