This BierGENUSSMesse is now taking place for the fourth time.
On Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 14 breweries from across Schleswig-Holstein will showcase the diversity of brewing. Sample their beers and find your favorite! Of course, the beer tastings offered by beer sommelier Rajas Thiele-Stechemesser on both days are a must. Registration is required, but there is no additional charge. The museum's knowledge workshop also offers a wealth of information: A team of amateur brewers will demonstrate various brewing methods, and the Weyermann company from Bamberg will offer many interesting facts about malt and hops.
