In this coaching-based workshop for choreographers, we will look together at the central challenges of everyday working life and the professional future of project work in the independent scene. The focus is on the skills needed to be able to work professionally, happily and healthily in the long term: How do I develop an artistic vision - and how do I realise it? How do I set up a project, how do I lead a team, how do I position myself authentically and effectively?
