Dreams in the head, anger in the belly, warmth in the heart - under this catchy motto, Halle singer-songwriter Paul Bartsch and his musicians have secured themselves a firm place in the German-language chanson and cabaret scene since 2003.
Just in time for their 20th anniversary, the double CD "Stadtmusikanten...stimmen nochmal ihre alten Lieder an" was released last year, offering a representative cross-section of their extensive repertoire with a total of 38 songs.
For the concert on September 24 in the Luise-Reuter-Saal Grevesmühlen, the generational companion of Gundermann and Wenzel will find his usual clear words and, together with his musicians, present a fresh mix of folk, rock, blues and chanson, true to his poetic-optimistic credo of making the world a little brighter, friendlier and warmer with songs.
